I see that you are a therapist. Are we in coaching or therapy?
Legally, I am not allowed to provide therapy in a state I am not licensed in. (I am licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California since 2004). I provide Relationship Coaching interstate.

Will Insurance Cover This?
Insurance will not cover it as I will not be giving you a Mental Health Diagnosis and they usually don’t cover therapy by phone/skype etc.

How much do you charge?
I charge $250/per 50 minute hour.
Often I will be the coach for the couple and for the husband and Dr. April House ($150/50 minute hour) will work with your wife in individual sessions.

I would, of course, always be available to your wife for individual coaching. My goal is usually reconciliation (unless told otherwise) Your wife having her own Coach will allow her to feel free to explore all of her feelings and not feel any pressure to stay in the marriage. It is a bit counterintuitive, but knowing you can leave but you are choosing to stay makes the recovery process easier (if she chooses to rebuild the marriage with you).
